How to report false spam detected by McAfee Security?

McAfee is a software app that detects malware, viruses, and spam on your devices. When it finds some threat, all the files that have threats lose their access to the security of the device. Sometimes we might be misled that a few files are clear and clean by McAfee detecting them as malware, i.e. false positive information. This might occur when the scanner identifies files incorrectly. How to report

  • Send the detected false positive threat to Mcafee customer Support through email.
  • Select and Copy the "Mobile Threat Submission Form" given in the official site of McAfee.
  • Fill in all the details given in the form
  • When you have completed adding all the information then email the information to McAfee Security Gmail available on its Official site

  1. Open the app
  2. Click on "Settings" tab

  1. Go to "settings"
